Easily include supporting documents with your payment requests, receipts, and recurring payment notices.

Cashflow.io allows you to attach one or more files to any receivable tool such as invoices, contracts, delivery slips, or supporting documentation. This ensures transparency and can speed up approvals and customer responses.

File Requirements & Guidelines

To ensure successful uploads and delivery, please review the following:

  • File Formats: Cashflow.io accepts all major file types, including but not limited to:
    .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .jpg, .png, .txt

  • Number of Files: You can upload multiple attachments to a single receivable.

  • Maximum File Size: Each file must be 20 MB or smaller.

Attachments will be included in the customer-facing email and will remain accessible in your receivables history for reference.

The Attach File(s) feature is available across all major receivable tools in Cashflow.io:

When creating any of these receivables, you’ll be given the option to upload one or more attachments before sending.
