How to View Receivables

In this article, you will learn how to view all the receivables and use the filters to narrow your search. The Receivables page also enables you to Export Receivables to your device.

  1. On the Home page, click the RECEIVE card.

    1. Note: it is worth noting that you can also access the Receive Payments page through the Menu and select Receive.

  2. At the bottom of the page, click the Receivables History link.

  3. You will be directed to the Receivables History page. Narrow your search using the following options:

    1. Date Filter: click the Date filter to display the receivable list based on the selected date.

    2. Search Bar: enter the keywords to display related items

    3. Status: click the Status Filter icon to expand the status selection list. You can filter the displayed receivables based on the selected status; All, Paid, Attention, Pending, Failed, Processing, Refunded, Voided, and Cancelled.

    4. Payment Tool: click the Payment Tool filter icon to expand the payment tool selection list. You can filter the displayed receivables based on the selected payment tool used; All, Card Inputs, Payment Requests, and SimpleLink.

    5. Payment Method: click the Payment Method filter icon to expand the payment method selection list. You can filter the displayed receivables based on the selected payment method used; eCheque and Credit Card.

    6. User Filter: click the User Filter icon to expand the filter selection list. You can filter the displayed receivables based on the users that created them. To display all the receivables that you created, select Mine only.

  4. Find and click the receivable that you want to view from the list. You will be directed to the Transaction Details page. On this page, you can view the summary of the transaction and the transaction log.
