Billing is processed two times each month to clearly separate transaction-related fees from regular monthly subscription charges. Specifically, billing occurs on the **1st** and the **15th** of each month, giving you a consistent timeline for anticipating charges and reconciling your accounts. ### Billing Schedule **Billing on the 1st (covers transactions from the 15th–month-end):** - Includes **transaction fees**, applicable **additional processing fees**, and your regular **monthly subscription fees** based on your current Cashflow.io plan. **Billing on the 15th (covers transactions from the 1st–14th):** - Includes **transaction fees** and any applicable **additional processing fees** incurred between the 1st and 14th of each month. ### Viewing Billing History & Downloading Invoices You can easily review your detailed billing history and download invoices directly from your account. If the payment continues to fail after these retries, we'll notify you by email with details and instructions on how to update your payment information.
