This article explains how to review your account’s billing history, view detailed records of past bills and usage, and download invoices from your Cashflow.io Membership page. ### Access Your Membership History ### Reviewing Your Billing History On the **Membership History** page, you’ll see a list of past and current billing cycles, organized into columns for **Usage**, **Bill**, and **Payment Receipts**. Here’s how to interpret each column: - **Usage:** Displays the total amount of your transactions used during that billing period. - **Bill:** Indicates the billing amount for that period.  - **Payment Receipts:** Indicates the status of the payment of the bill. ![Screenshot 2025-02-26 153358](https://support.cashflow.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-02-26%20153358.png?width=646&height=228&name=Screenshot%202025-02-26%20153358.png) Each row corresponds to a specific billing cycle with quick-access icons on the right for viewing usage or bill details. By reviewing this table, you can easily identify which billing cycles are paid, pending, voided or require further attention. ### Viewing Usage or Bill Details To get a closer look at any entry: 1. Find the **billing cycle** you want to review in the list. 2. Click the **View usage** icon to see a breakdown of your transactions and usage for that billing period. 3. Click the **View bill** icon to open detailed billing details, including coverage period, taxes, and transaction log.
