The Cashflow.io Sales Partner Program is designed for ISOs, payment processors, gateway partners, ERP consultants, referral partners, and strategic channel partners who work with merchants that need modern payment tools, AR/AP automation, reconciliation, multi-account processing, BYOP, custom integrations, or merchant retention solutions.
Steps to become a partner
Step 1: Complete the initial discussion
Start by connecting with Cashflow.io to discuss your business, your target merchants, and how the partner relationship may work.
Step 2: Complete partner qualification
Cashflow.io will review your partner profile, target merchant types, sales regions, and payment processor or gateway relationship, if applicable.
Step 3: Review the partner agreement
Review the partner agreement and confirm the terms of the relationship.
Step 4: Set up your partner profile
Provide the required company and contact information so Cashflow.io can create your partner profile.
Step 5: Confirm your referral or commission model
Confirm how referrals, commissions, or partner payments will be handled before submitting merchant referrals.
Step 6: Request Partner Portal access
Request access to the Partner Portal for the users who need to submit referrals, view merchants, or track merchant status.
Step 7: Complete introductory training
Complete partner training so your team understands merchant fit, pricing, referral steps, onboarding, and support expectations.
Step 8: Submit your first merchant referral
Once your setup is complete, submit your first merchant referral to Cashflow.io.

Before submitting your first referral, make sure you have completed the following:
- Sign the partner agreement
- Provide company and contact details
- Confirm payment processor or gateway relationship, if applicable
- Confirm referral or commission model
- Complete partner training
- Request Partner Portal access
- Submit first merchant referral
Information Cashflow.io may need from a new partner
Cashflow.io may ask for the following information during partner setup:
- Legal business name
- Primary contact name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Website
- Processor or gateway affiliation
- Sales regions
- Target merchant types
- Commission or payment details
- Support escalation contact
First 30 days as a partner
During the first 30 days, new partners should focus on completing training, learning which merchants are a strong fit for Cashflow.io, reviewing pricing, submitting the first referral, attending any required onboarding call, and tracking merchant status in the Partner Portal.
