  • Monthly processing volume
  • Average transaction size
  • Payment methods needed
  • Current processor or gateway
  • Accounting or ERP system
  • Problem the merchant is trying to solve
  • Timeline or urgency

  • Does the merchant invoice customers?
  • Does the merchant accept high-value payments?
  • Does the merchant need better reconciliation?

Before submitting the referral

Step 3: Confirm the payment problem the merchant wants to solve.

Step 4: Confirm whether the merchant has a current processor, gateway, accounting system, or ERP system.

Step 5: Submit the referral through the approved referral path.
