- Primary contact email
- Primary contact phone number
- Industry
- Monthly processing volume
- Average transaction size
- Payment methods needed
- Current processor or gateway
- Accounting or ERP system
- Problem the merchant is trying to solve
- Timeline or urgency

Before submitting the referral
Step 1: Confirm the merchant’s basic company information.
Step 2: Confirm the correct primary contact.
Step 3: Confirm the payment problem the merchant wants to solve.
Step 4: Confirm whether the merchant has a current processor, gateway, accounting system, or ERP system.
Step 5: Submit the referral through the approved referral path.
