Cashflow.io's Billing Schedule

Cashflow.io uses a twice-monthly billing schedule designed to provide greater flexibility and predictability, allowing you to manage your cash flow more efficiently.

Billing is processed two times each month to clearly separate transaction-related fees from regular monthly subscription charges. Specifically, billing occurs on the 1st and the 15th of each month, giving you a consistent timeline for anticipating charges and reconciling your accounts.

Billing Schedule

Billing on the 15th (covers transactions from the 1st–14th):

  • Includes transaction fees and any applicable additional processing fees incurred between the 1st and 14th of each month.

Billing on the 1st (covers transactions from the 15th–month-end):

  • Includes transaction fees, applicable additional processing fees, and your regular monthly subscription fees based on your current Cashflow.io plan.

What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment attempt fails, Cashflow.io will automatically retry the payment using the primary payment method on file, or attempt payment using an alternative method saved in your account. If the payment continues to fail after these retries, we'll notify you by email with details and instructions on how to update your payment information. Please ensure your payment details remain current to avoid any disruptions to your service.
