• QuickBooks Online Integration (Premium & Pro Plans Only)
  We’ve added a new QuickBooks Online integration to Cashflow.io. This integration helps you streamline reconciliation by keeping your customer records and invoice activity aligned between both platforms.
  

  • Automatic Contact Sync: After connecting, your QuickBooks contacts are automatically imported into Cashflow.io and kept up to date.

  • Invoice Number Sync for Receivables: Cashflow.io syncs QuickBooks invoice numbers to ensure payments are applied to the correct invoice in QuickBooks.

  • Automatic Invoice Creation in QuickBooks: If you enter an invoice number in Cashflow.io and there is no matching invoice in QuickBooks, our two-way sync will automatically create the invoice in your QuickBooks account.

  • Manual Payments for QuickBooks Invoices: You can select an unpaid QuickBooks invoice in Cashflow.io and apply a manual payment and the status will be update to paid automatically.

  • Payment Requests for QuickBooks Invoices: You can send a payment request tied to an unpaid QuickBooks invoice. When your customer pays, QuickBooks is updated automatically, including support for full and partial payments.
