Learn how to change the primary user in your Cashflow.io account.
The primary user is the main user who has the highest level of permissions of the account and can manage all user permissions. By default, the primary user is the person who set up the account and is identified as primary in blue within the team management page.
Note: Only the current primary user of the account can change the primary user.
- On the upper right of the page, click the Account Menu and select Settings.
- In the account settings page, select Team Management.
- The list of users will be displayed on the Team Management page. Locate the team member who you wish to set as the primary user, and click on the person icon on the right.
