View eQuote History

This article details how to view your eQuote history and use filters to narrow your search.

The eQuote history page indicates the status, creation date and time, total amount, quote ID and recipient name. Filtering options are available to help narrow your search.

View eQuote History

1. On the Home page, click the RECEIVE card.

2. Click the eQuote card. You will be directed to the eQuote History page.

3. The eQuote History page will display all eQuotes created in your account. The history page indicates the status, creation date and time, total amount, quote ID and recipient name.

Filtering Options


  1. In the eQuotes History page, narrow your search using the following filtering options:

    1. Date Filter: click the Date filter to display the receivable list based on the selected date.

    2. Search Bar: enter the keywords to display related items

    3. Status: click the Status Filter icon to expand the status selection list. You can filter the displayed receivables based on the selected status; All, Pending, Accepted, Sent, Attention and Completed.

    4. User Filter: click the User Filter icon to expand the filter selection list. You can filter the displayed receivables based on the users that created them. To display all the receivables that you created, select Mine only.

2. Find and click the eQuote that you want to view from the list. You will be directed to the eQuote Details page. On this page, you can view the summary of the transaction, the details of the quote and the transaction log.
