Modify/Manage Team Member Information
Update the details and contact information of users associated to your Cashflow.io account.
As your organization grows and team members' roles evolve, it may become necessary to update a user's profile or assist with account access. Cashflow.io allows Admin users to edit key details such as name, email, phone number, job title, preferred language, and to send a password reset link if needed.
NOTE: Only the Admin or a user with 'Can manage users' permissions can modify team member details or manage user access.

What Information Can Be Modified?
Admins can update the following information for any active team member:

Full Name
-
Email Address
-
Phone Number
-
Job Title
-
Preferred Language (English or French)
You can also initiate a password reset for any active team member if they are having trouble logging in.
How to Edit a Team Member's Details

Open the Settings menu at the top right of the page.

In the account settings page, select Team Management.

Locate the user you wish to edit and click the pencil/edit icon next to their name.

Make the necessary changes to their profile fields (name, phone, title, email, language) by clicking the pencil/edit icon on the right of the page.

Click the checkmark to confirm the update.
How to Send a Password Reset Link
If a team member is unable to log in or has forgotten their password:

Navigate to the user's profile. See the steps 1-3 above for a detailed breakdown.

Click Password Reset Link at the bottom of the user's profile information.

The user will receive an email with instructions to reset their password and regain access to their account.
