# Managing Team Member Permissions

## Learn how to assign, modify, and manage specific users permissions for team members within your Cashflow.io account.

1. On the upper right of the page, click the **Account Menu** and select **Settings**.

3. The list of users will be displayed on the Team Management page. Locate the team member whose user permissions you wish to view or manage, and click on the **pencil icon to view their profile**.

4. In the user's profile, scroll down to the permissions section. Here, you can expand the dropdown menu for each category of permissions and use the **toggle** to set the permission to either "**No**" or "**Yes**" to manage the features and functionalities available to the team member.
