Requesting access to the Partner Portal

In this article, you will learn how to request access to the Cashflow.io Partner Portal. The Partner Portal is used by approved partners to submit referrals, view referred merchants, track onboarding status, create merchants where permitted, view merchant activity where permitted, access partner reporting, and review commission or referral activity if enabled.

Before requesting access

Prepare the following information:

  • Partner legal business name
  • Primary contact name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Website
  • Processor or gateway affiliation, if applicable
  • Sales region
  • Target merchant types
  • Support escalation contact
  • Names and email addresses of users who need access

Requesting access

Step 1: Contact your Cashflow.io representative or use the approved access request path.

Step 2: Provide your partner company information.

Step 3: Provide the users who need Partner Portal access.

Step 4: Confirm the access level needed for each user, if applicable.

Step 5: Wait for approval from Cashflow.io.

Step 6: Once approved, follow the activation or login instructions provided.

After access is approved

After access is approved, log in to the Partner Portal and confirm that you can access the areas required for your role.

Depending on your permissions, you may be able to:

  • Submit referrals
  • View referred merchants
  • Track onboarding status
  • Create merchants where permitted
  • View merchant activity where permitted
  • Access partner reporting
  • Review commission or referral activity if enabled

Access troubleshooting

If you cannot log in or cannot see the correct merchants, contact Cashflow.io support or your Cashflow.io representative.

Include:

  • Partner name
  • User name
  • User email address
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshot, if applicable
