      Payment Links, QR Code, and Pay Button Snippet

      In this article, you will learn how to use the SimpleLink feature. Under the SimpleLink card, there are three (3) methods you can use to easily receive payments from your clients.

      SimpleLink

      The SimpleLink method is a plain and simple but unique web link that you can share to your clients via email or your website. This link serves as a payment gateway where your customers can enter the amount and submit a payment.

      1. On the Home page, click the RECEIVE card.
        1. Note: it is worth noting that you can also access the Receive Payments page through the Menu and select Receive.
      2. Click the SimpleLink card. You will be directed to the SimpleLink page.
      3. In the SimpleLink section, click the Copy to clipboard icon to copy the payment link.
      4. After copying the payment link, you can share the link with customers via email or your website.

      Once the customers click the link, they will be directed to the Cashflow.io Payment Portal. They can specify the payment details and proceed with the payment.

      QR Code

      The QR Code method lets you download a unique QR code that you can embed in your invoices or on your website.

      1. On the Home page, click the RECEIVE card.
        1. Note: it is worth noting that you can also access the Receive Payments page through the Menu and select Receive.
      2. Click the SimpleLink card. You will be directed to the SimpleLink page.
      3. In the QR CODE section, click the DOWNLOAD QR CODE.
      4. The QR CODE file will be downloaded to your device. Find the downloaded file in your device’s download folder and embed it in your invoices or on your website.

      Pay Button Snippet

      The Pay Button Snippet lets you copy the Pay Button HTML code and add your own SimpleLink pay button anywhere.

      1. On the Home page, click the RECEIVE card.
        1. Note: it is worth noting that you can also access the Receive Payments page through the Menu and select Receive.
      2. Click the SimpleLink card. You will be directed to the SimpleLink page.
      3. In the PAY BUTTON SNIPPET section, click the Copy to clipboard icon to copy the pay button.
      4. After copying the snippet, you can paste the HTML code and add your own SimpleLink button anywhere.
