Managing your Cashflow.io Membership

In this article, you will learn how to access the Membership page and manage your account’s membership/subscription.

This feature enables you to do the following:

  • View Membership Details
  • View Membership History
  • Viewing Usage for Specific Month
  • Upgrade Membership

Viewing Membership Details

In this section, you will learn how to access and view your current membership/subscription details.

  1. On the upper right of the page, click the Account Menu and select Membership.
  2. You will be directed to the Membership page. On this page, you can view the membership/subscription details of your account.
  3. The following sections categorize the membership details:
    1. Membership: this section displays the type of membership and the number of team members under the account.
    2. Payment Tools: this section displays the total transactions and total payment volume.
    3. Transaction Fees: this section displays the transaction fees information.
    4. Lending: this section displays lending/loan information.
    5. Totals: this section displays the subtotal amount, taxes, and the estimated bill for the current cycle.

In addition, Useful Links and Plan Features are available at the bottom of the page. The links can come in handy as shortcuts for viewing past bills and data, billing details, accessing billing & membership FAQs, and contacting us about memberships/subscriptions.

Viewing Membership History

In this section, you will learn how to access and view your account membership history. The membership history will display the usage, bills, and receipts.

  1. On the upper right of the page, click the Account Menu and select Membership.
  2. You will be directed to the Membership page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the VIEW PAST BILLS & DATA link.
  3. The Membership History page opens. On this page, you can view the account’s membership/subscription organized in columns including:
    1. Monthly Usage
    2. Monthly Bill
    3. Payment Receipts
  4. The last column enables you to view usage and bills for the specific date range.
    1. To view the usage of a specific month, click its View usage icon.
    2. To view the bill of a specific month, click its View bill icon.

Viewing Usage for Specific Month

In this section, you will learn how to view the usage for the selected month. When using this option, only the filtered results for this month will be displayed/generated.

  1. On the upper right of the page, click the Account Menu and select Membership.
  2. You will be directed to the Membership page. Find and click the USAGE SUMMARY drop-down arrow and select the date range that you want to view.
  3. After selecting the date range, the usage details will be generated and ready for viewing.

Upgrading Membership

In this section, you will learn how to upgrade your current membership/subscription.

  1. On the upper right of the page, click the Account Menu and select Membership.
  2. You will be directed to the Membership page. Click the UPGRADE NOW button.
  3. The Upgrade Plan page opens. On this page, you can view all the available plans/subscriptions. The selected plan with an indicator; CURRENT PLAN is your current and active subscription. At the moment, there are three (3) plans that you can choose from:
    1. Basic Membership: 50 monthly transactions or $50,000 in volume
    2. Premium Membership: 100 monthly transactions or $100,000 in volume
    3. Pro Membership: Unlimited transactions and No volume limits.
    4. To learn more about the plans, click on Compare Rates at the bottom of each plan.
  4. To upgrade your membership, find the plan that you want to subscribe to and click its UPGRADE NOW button, and follow the succeeding prompts.
