# Payables History

## In this article, you will learn how to view all the payables and use the filters to narrow your search. The payables page also enables you to Export Payables to your device.

1. On the **Home** page, click the **Send** card.

3. You will be directed to the **Payables History** page. Narrow your search using the following options:
   
     1. **Date Filter**: click the Date filter to display the payables list based on the selected date.![pay history date](https://support.cashflow.io/hs-fs/hubfs/pay%20history%20date.png?width=622&height=323&name=pay%20history%20date.png)
     2. **Search Bar**: enter the keywords to display related items

     3. **Status**: click the Status Filter icon to expand the status selection list. You can filter the displayed payables based on the selected status; All, Paid, Attention, Pending, Failed, Processing, Refunded, Voided, and Cancelled.![pay history status](https://support.cashflow.io/hs-fs/hubfs/pay%20history%20status.png?width=622&height=451&name=pay%20history%20status.png)
     4. **User Filter**: click the User Filter icon to expand the filter selection list. You can filter the displayed payables based on the users that created them.      5. **Export**: Click on the **Export** button to email a CSV file of your payables.

4. Find and click the payables that you want to view from the list. You will be directed to the **Transaction Details** page. On this page, you can view the summary of the transaction and the transaction log.
