Receipts are stored as long as you use the platform. Navigate to the transactions section and open the transaction you want the receipt from. From the transaction details screen, there are two buttons:
- From the "Main Menu", click on "Receive".
- In the "Receive Payments" section, click on "Receivables History".
- Search for the transaction you wish to refund and click on it. This will bring you to the "Transaction Details" page.
- Find the "Action Button" represented by a circle with 3 dots inside on the right side under the "Transaction Log". Click on it and then Click on "Email Receipt" or "View Receipt".
Email Receipt: Let’s you send the receipt to an email address of your choice.
View Receipt: Opens up the receipt in a new tab, allowing you to view and print a physical copy.
