In this section, you will learn how to create SmartPOs. A SmartPO consists of four (4) stages where you specify quotes, items, set terms, and review summary.
On the Home page, click the RECEIVE card.
Note: it is worth noting that you can also access the Receive Payments page through the Menu and select Receive.
Click the SmartPO card. You will be directed to the SmartPO page.
When using this feature for the first time, you will get an overview page of what SmartPO offers. Click the CONTINUE TO SMARTPO button to continue, you can also click the Don’t show again checkbox to skip this page the next time you use SmartPO.
On the SmarPO page, find and click the +NEW SMARTPO button. You will be directed to the New SmartPO page. It is important to note that creating a new SmartPO will have 4 stages, namely; Quote, Items, Terms, and Summary stage.
